Course Overview: The majority of people find the interview process daunting. Consultant interviews are often doubly so, given that they are generally the first interview you may have had for a while, and you may feel out of practice. This session will look at key approaches to interviews and assessment centres, as well as providing an overview of the different formats that might be used.
Learning Outcomes:
- Outline the assessment process for consultants
- Discuss networking during your 'informal' visit
- Review key principles on preparing your CV
- Determine techniques for completing application forms to help you become shortlisted
- Examine and apply interview skills
- Discuss aptitude and personality testing
