This workshop is not suitable for doctors in training or those new to the supervision role.

This workshop will develop your understanding of coaching, provide you with skills and tools to be an effective coach; mentor and enable you to apply a coaching style to a variety of workplace situations.

Learning Outcomes:

  • To establish a mutual understanding of what coaching is and appreciate when we might use coaching in our conversations as trainers
  • To explore a variety of coaching tools to help us with our coaching conversations
  • Have the opportunity to practically apply the various coaching tools and skills to enable us to hold effective coaching conversations
