Tips to Prevent Burn Out - supporting yourself and your team - Tuesday 23rd May 2023

The session will explore what burn-out looks and feels like, what to do if you are approaching burn-out, or are already in the midst of it, and will look at various strategies to prevent it. We will also look at how you might have a conversation with a colleague you were worried may be becoming burnt-out. 

Learning Outcomes:

  • Have a greater understanding of what burn-out is
  • Improve knowledge of resources available to deal with the impact of burn-out
  • Learn some strategies for preventing burn-out in oneself
  • Develop skills to have supportive conversations with colleagues who's wellbeing you are concerned about
