This session will help supervisors develop the key skills required to have supportive conversations.
This is a highly interactive session that will include opportunities for you to practice your conversations and select strategies that appeal to you.

Learning Outcomes:
It will explore a range of educational models that can be used to help doctors and dentists in training develop effective educational learning plans. It will include exploration of a variety of anonymised scenarios, including issues impacting on progression, and provide practical suggestions on techniques to deal effectively with these
