A programme of 3 sessions delivered over 6 months aimed at newly qualified consultants and senior trainees about to CCT. We aim to help people explore the realities of independent practice and the parts that aren’t covered within your clinical training curriculum. This is designed to be practical and interesting that can be a guide as you transition to undertaking independent practice.
This workshop would support leadership and management curriculum outcomes.
The three dates are:
