SuppoRTT - Returning to Training - Tuesday 9th December 2025

A virtual morning designed to provide a safe space to discuss some of the issues commonly faced by trainees returning from a period of absence, and how best to use the SuppoRTT process to manage your return.  Lead by our SuppoRTT School Leads for Medicine, Anaesthesia, and Paediatrics we hope this morning will provide you an opportunity to feel more confident and prepared for your return to the clinical setting.

We appreciate most people attending will not been in a work environment, but we do encourage people to have their cameras on. We are happy to have babies/pets as part of the session.

Learning Outcomes:

• Discuss the impact confidence can have on your performance 
• Review and learn from other trainees' experiences of returning to practice
• Learn how to correctly wear PPE in a clinical setting as well as the safe removal of it 
• Learn the changes to ALS/BLS in the COVID era
• Chance to ask any questions to the facilitators and HEE NE representatives about your return
