A bespoke group coaching session to support individuals facing difficulty with postgraduate exams.  This session compliments the Exam Game Plan event and is designed to provide additional support to individuals who have already attended Exam Game Plan.  It builds on the key messages from Exam Game Plan but examines the impact of high levels of stress on our function in more detail.

The session has been designed by a qualified coach who is experienced in providing support to a wide variety of individuals and also offers the benefit of peer support during group discussions.

• Discuss the positive nature of a healthy level of stress
• Discuss what behaviour changes occur when the stress increases 
• Review simple strategies to managing stress to an acceptable level that allows you to function 
• Refresh your memory on wellbeing actions that positively impact on our ability to deal with stressful situations
