Dr Ali Robb is an Associate Dean and Head of School in the North East and a qualified coach and mentor who has had a variety of clinical and educational leadership roles. Ali will outline some of the theory behind her compassionate leadership style, drawing on the work of Michael West and others, and how her work as a coach underpins this, with practical advice and opportunity to pose questions and share your own experiences.
