Demystifying Deanery
Administration – What Educators Need to Know
This session offers a
friendly, practical look at how deanery admin teams are structured, who does
what, and the pressures teams are working under at the moment — helping
educators better understand how the system works and how to navigate it
confidently.
Aimed at new Training Programme Directors, Heads of School and Associate Deans, the session will explore how deanery administration supports educational decision‑making, why conversations matter just as much as processes, and how talking things through early can prevent bigger issues later on.
Please note this session is only open to the following roles:
- Deputy and Associate Deans
- Heads of School
- Training Programme Directors
- Educational Supervisors
- Trust Education Centre Managers
