Providing Good Careers Advice
The importance of careers advice for doctors in training has been recognised by most, if not all, reviews of postgraduate training. Already enshrined in the Foundation Programme requirements, the role of the supervisor in providing careers advice is becoming increasingly apparent. This course will look at the fundamentals of providing good careers advice, as well as how to structure a careers advice discussion.
