Human Factors in Surgical Crisis Teaching

This one-day course is an introduction to Human Factors in healthcare.  It uses framework to examine the impact they can have on patient outcomes. Delegates participate in group exercises and scenarios.  Group and individual feedback is used to unpack these sessions to facilitate learning.
