Mastering Effective Feedback and Support

Effective feedback is recognised as one of the most impactful external factors in learning. It enhances individual performance and aids the development of clinical skills. However, negative feedback behaviours is shown to impair performance and can damage working relationships which in turn can jeopardize patient care.

This session aims to address these challenges by using scenarios to demonstrate and practice effective communication. Participants will engage in an interactive workshop, featuring professional actors who will enact realistic scenarios. These scenarios are designed to provide a safe and immersive environment for participants to refine their communication skills, identify effective behaviours and learn to navigate complex situations with confidence.
