Training and integrating the transcultural workforce
The globally recruited healthcare workforce has
diverse cultural preferences in learning, communication, and teamwork. This
workshop will discuss the key aspects of intersectionality in a multicultural
team and provide the necessary knowledge and skills to supervise, train and
support the multicultural workforce from diverse cultural backgrounds.
